Teaching Clients to Relax & Release
There are stresses around us all the time: mental, physical, emotional, and environmental. Biofeedback helps identify your stress triggers and teaches you techniques on how to release them. Although there is controversy around the degree of influence, scientists and medical professionals agree that – at a minimum – stress contributes to many common health problems as well as quality of life.
